Custom Lighting Design, Specification, Photometrics & Supply for a Landmark Office Refurbishment
Set atop a historic sandstone viaduct, this striking steel-and-glass building required bespoke lighting solutions to suit its unique geometry and meet BREEAM Excellent and Part L compliance standards. We collaborated closely with the interior designer on key areas—including the mezzanine, reception, meeting rooms, and wellness facilities—designing both architectural and decorative lighting schemes. All lighting was supplied by us, with additional coordination on the Cat A fit-out alongside the principal contractor. Enhancements to the reception and common areas included soft seating, coffee points, bookable meeting spaces, and biophilic elements to elevate the workspace experience.
