Custom Lighting Design, Specification & Photometrics for a Sustainable Luxury Office Redevelopment
We collaborated closely with the developer, contractors and design team to design and supply a bespoke lighting scheme for the remodel of an existing office building in Birchwood into a high-end, multi-use workspace,. The brief demanded low-energy, high-efficiency lighting that met EPC A and Part L standards without compromising the industrial aesthetic. Custom fixtures—including suspended linear lighting—were tailored to exposed services and architectural intent. Communal areas, including the café, lounge, and fitness suite, were enhanced with integrated lighting to support wellbeing and client engagement. The project was recognised at the National Energy Saving Awards for its quality fit-out and energy performance.
